I bought this bike from it's original owner in February 2006. He was a pretty decent racer and had done a lot of upgrades to the bike. I used it to practice at the track with my son, who raced a CRF250R, but I never raced this bike. It has unbelievable power. The number was on it when I bought it.

The only reason I'm selling it is because my son is getting out of racing and I won't be riding without him.

The bike was very well maintained by it's previous owner and I kept that up.

It's got a Pro Taper triple-clamp and handle bars, Yoshimura exhaust system, Vortex electronic ignition which adds awesome power and control depending on what part of the track you're on. It fell over in the garage one day and bent the clutch lever. I kind of like it better this way so I left it alone (you can see it in the pictures in the photo album). The typical wear and tear of a 5 year old bike is seen on the plastics but they are all structurally in good shape. I just had my mechanic go over everything and it runs fantastic. It also comes with triangle stand, pipe plug and nylon straps to protect the handlebars from getting scuffed by the tie-down hooks.
